We deliver across Dubai. Orders placed before 8:00 PM are delivered the same day; orders after that go out the next morning. Free delivery on orders above AED 200, and free delivery anywhere in JVC with no minimum spend.

Chilled and frozen items travel in insulated bags so they reach you at the right temperature. Fresh produce is hand-picked on the day your order ships.

Returns

Not happy with something? Tell the driver at the door or contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it — no paperwork needed.

For hygiene and food-safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened fresh, chilled or frozen food unless there is a quality issue. Packaged goods can be returned unopened within 7 days.
