Ordering & delivery
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across all of Dubai from our store in Jumeirah Village Circle, and to the other emirates on a 1–3 working day schedule. Nearby areas like JVC, JVT and Motor City usually get their orders within an hour.
How long does delivery take?
- JVC, JVT and Motor City — within 60 minutes
- Al Barsha, Discovery Gardens, Sports City — 2 to 3 hours
- Rest of Dubai — same day or next day
- Other emirates — 1 to 3 working days
Orders placed before 8 PM are delivered the same day within Dubai.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes — Dhs. 30 for nearby areas, rising to Dhs. 100 for deliveries outside Dubai. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery is free in JVC and free everywhere in Dubai on orders above Dhs. 100. Below that, the fee is Dhs. 10 to Dhs. 15 depending on your area, and Dhs. 25 for other emirates.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your order is dispatched, or you can check any time on the Track Your Order page using your order number.
Do you deliver 24 hours?
Our store and phone line are open 24 hours, so you can place an order or reach us at any time. Deliveries run on the schedules listed above.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge, as long as the order hasn't been dispatched. WhatsApp or call us on +971 58 109 7260 with your order number. Once the driver is on the way, you can refuse the delivery at the door for a full refund.
Can I schedule a delivery for later?
Yes. Add your preferred date and time slot in the order notes at checkout, or send it to us on WhatsApp after placing the order, and we'll hold it for that slot.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, and cash on delivery within Dubai.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, for deliveries inside Dubai. Please have the exact amount ready where possible — our drivers carry limited change.
Are my card details safe?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure encrypted checkout. World Mart never sees or stores your full card number.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices shown are in UAE Dirhams and include VAT where applicable. Your tax invoice is emailed with your order confirmation.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes — we supply offices, cafeterias and building staff across Dubai. Send your list to accounts@worldmart.ae or WhatsApp us for a quote.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
Unopened packaged goods, electronics, stationery and toys can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging. Fresh, chilled and frozen items should be reported on the day of delivery instead.
An item arrived damaged or expired. What now?
WhatsApp us a photo of the item along with your order number on +971 58 109 7260. We'll replace it on your next delivery or refund it — whichever you prefer. There's no charge when the fault is ours.
Something was missing from my order.
Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll send the missing item on the next run or refund it in full.
How long do refunds take?
- Card payments — 5 to 10 working days back to the same card
- Digital wallets — 3 to 7 working days
- Cash on delivery — 2 to 5 working days by bank transfer or store credit
Which items can't be returned?
Fresh produce, meat, dairy and bakery once accepted at the door; opened food and drinks; personal care products with a broken seal; and anything reported more than 7 days after delivery.
Products & quality
What do you sell?
Groceries and fresh food, plus fashion, electronics, stationery and kids' toys — everything from a household run in one order. Browse the supermarket section for daily essentials.
How do you handle fresh and frozen items?
Chilled and frozen products are packed in insulated bags with ice packs and are only delivered within Dubai, so they reach you at the right temperature.
Do you check expiry dates?
Every item is hand-picked and checked before packing. If anything close to expiry reaches you, report it the same day and we'll replace it.
An item I want is out of stock.
Use the "Notify me" option on the product page and we'll email you the moment it's back. For urgent items, WhatsApp us — we often have stock in-store before it updates online.
What happens if a product is unavailable after I order?
We'll call or message you before dispatch to offer a similar replacement or remove it from the order and refund that amount.
Are your products halal?
All meat and poultry we stock is halal certified and sourced from UAE-approved suppliers.
Account & store
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes reordering faster and lets you see your order history in one place.
Where is your store and when is it open?
Al Yousef Tower, Al Barsha South Fourth, Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. The store is open 24 hours, seven days a week.
