2. Use of the Website

The Website can only be used by persons who can form legally binding contracts under UAE law. Persons under the age of 18 must use this site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Pricing and Product Information

• Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
• Currency: All transactions are billed in UAE Dirham (AED).
• Substitutes: If a product is out of stock, we may offer a substitute based on your preference selected at checkout.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock limitations, inaccuracies in pricing, or fraud detection.

Cancellations by Customer

Cancellations made before processing are free of charge. Orders cancelled after shipping may be subject to a fee for logistics and processing.

Refunds

Refunds for online payments will be processed back to the original credit/debit card. Perishable items are only eligible for refund if they are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

5. Delivery Policy

We deliver exclusively within the UAE. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are present at the time of delivery. Failed delivery attempts due to customer absence may incur a redelivery fee.

6. Website Security

You are prohibited from violating the security of the Website, including accessing data not intended for you or attempting to interfere with the service via viruses or spamming. Violations may result in civil or criminal liability under UAE law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. The Dubai Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
