For 1½ kg (3.3 lb) of skinless chicken:
Slice each piece and mix with 8–10 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp oil.
Add the entire packet of Shan Chicken Tikka Mix—do not dilute with water.
Marinate for a minimum of 3 hours.
Grill over low heat, turn occasionally; just before removing, brush with butter for extra flavor.
You can also pan-grill: cook one side for 3 min, flip, cover, cook on low for 10 min, then brush with butter.
Serve hot with salad, onions, tomatoes, and Shan chutneys.
Before opening: Keep in a cool, dry place.
