For 1.5 kg (3.3 lb) chicken:
Heat ¼ cup oil and sauté finely sliced onions until golden.
Add chicken, along with the 50 g Shan Chicken Masala (mixed with ½ cup water) and plain yogurt.
Cover and cook on low for 20–30 minutes.
Add julienned ginger and ½–2 cups water to adjust gravy consistency. Cook covered for another 5 minutes.
Finish with crushed fried onions stirred into the curry. Serve hot with naan or rice.
Before opening: Store in a cool, dry place.
After opening: Reseal or transfer to an airtight container to preserve freshness.
